The Purpose
in making this site to be a resource for those who have questions about the Bible and Christianity. I'm aware there are many great resources out there that accomplish this exact goal, but I feel compelled by the idea that more certainly doesn't hurt. Anything covered on this site has more than likely been covered many times over by other like-minded individuals, so this is just one more resource to add to those.
I Believe
that as believers, it's okay to have questions and doubts. 2 Peter 3:18 says that we should grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus. Christ desires a relationship with us and wants us to be firm in our faith. This means taking our questions and doubts and wholeheartedly seeking answers within the truth of scripture.
Another Goal
is to be an equipping tool for those hoping to defend the faith. Much of what's covered on this site will be geared toward answering apologetic questions and giving sound logic for various apologetic issues. 1 Peter 3:15 says, "But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect" and that is the goal; to be ready with a defense for the Christian faith when the time presents itself.
